By a decision of His Excellency the Chairman of Governing Council of the Monshaat Bank, Abdulrahman Bin Mansour, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Finance Guarantee Program ( Kafalah ) Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Mohammed Bin Mansour has entrepreneurial experience in the local market in the sectors of investment, Finance and financial management, which has been the result of a career of more than 21 years in many vital sectors in the Kingdom.

Mr. Abdulrahman is a specialist in the development of financial strategies, Investment and project finance, has worked for many leading investment institutions and led domestic and international funding for major projects and worked closely with various board members and investment subcommittees, internal audit, commitment, governance and funding where he is a management accountant and a certified international project manager. 

During his tenure at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), He served as Vic-President for Finance and Investment in charge of the Qiddiya Project, He also worked at Saudi Arabia Industrial Investment Company and served as Executive Vice-President of Business. As an expert in his field of work, Mr. Abdulrahman has successfully led financial operations through international joint ventures within the U.S. Alcoa Projects, Metals companies and maritime industry projects of Saudi Aramco.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Manchester – Business College ( UK ), Certificate of Executive Financial Education from INSEAD College ( France ), and University of London - Business College ( UK ).​
